Launched in 2015 by the Ministry of the Economy, and managed by Luxinnovation with the support of Technoport and the Luxembourg-City Incubator, Fit 4 Start has become the leading programme for launching and accelerating startups in Luxembourg.
Fit 4 Start provides entrepreneurs with intense coaching, attractive pre-seed funding and access to key networks.
Startups/Teams active in the ICT, Healthtech, Space or HPC & Data Analytics sectors are welcome to apply.

The international character is growing from edition to edition. Over 1,800 start-ups applied to the first 10 editions of the programme. 78 start-ups participated in the various support sessions and 56 graduated. The start-ups participating in the first 9 editions of Fit 4 Start have raised, since their creation, a total amount of more than €15.2 million from private investors.
Now, the 12th edition of Fit 4 Start Programme was launched again on 13 September, 2021.
Interested startups will need to submit their applications by 17h00 (CET) on 4th October, 2021.
【Qualification】
Who can apply for Fit 4 Start?
- The startups must be active in the sector(s) referenced in the Fit 4 Start call (such as ICT, HealthTech, Space, HPC & Data Analytics
- If the startup already incorporated a company, this should be no older than 5 years at the opening date of the respective Fit 4 Start call – for non-autonomous entities the assessment is performed at group level.
- The startup team must be composed of a minimum of two people, with at lease one person working full time on the realization of the Fit 4 Start project and attending all sessions during the Coaching Phase of the Programme.
